Publishing channels

Publishing channels are the platforms on which campaigns can be published. Each campaign can be published on one or more channels.

Riseact offers the following default channels:

  1. Website: campaigns are displayed on the organization's website, with direct donation from the campaign page.

  2. Donation Box: campaigns are published on Donation Boxes - the physical stands equipped with tablets running Riseact Kiosk - enabling in-person donations via credit card.

In addition to the default channels, every external application installed on Riseact becomes an additional publishing channel. You can choose which applications to publish each campaign on.

Using Publishing Channels​

To publish a campaign on a channel, select it during the campaign configuration. You can select multiple channels for each campaign.
