What is the Partner Area

The Partner Area is the space dedicated to those who develop and distribute solutions for the organizations on Riseact, or who need to manage multiple organizations. From here you manage all of your work on the platform within a single profile.

With a partner account you can:

  • Manage organizations — create new organizations for your clients, request access to existing organizations, and manage them on their behalf. See Managed organizations.
  • Distribute applications — publish your applications on the Riseact store or distribute them privately to the organizations you manage. See Distributing applications.
  • Distribute themes — create and sell themes for organizations' websites. See Themes.

The partner account is distinct from the account you use to sign in as an organization: a single Riseact user can belong to multiple partner profiles and multiple organizations, and each partner profile can in turn have multiple team members.

Creating a partner account

  1. Sign in or register on Riseact through the registration page: https://accounts.riseact.org/signup/.
  2. In the top right you will find your avatar icon. Click the icon to open the dropdown menu.
  3. Within the menu, locate the Become a partner option and select it.
  4. Enter the partner profile name. Choose an appropriate and representative name: it will be the identity under which you present yourself to organizations.
  5. Click Activate profile to complete the account creation.

Once finished, you will have created your partner account. The user who creates the profile automatically becomes its owner, with the role of team administrator.

If you own or belong to multiple partner profiles, after signing in you will be asked which profile to use before entering the Partner Area.

Team management

A partner profile can be managed by multiple people. From the Team section you can invite new members and assign them a role:

  • Administrator — full access to the partner profile, organizations, applications, and themes.
  • User — operational access to the partner's resources.

Invitations remain in a pending state until the recipient accepts them. You can also invite a person as the new owner of a managed organization (see Managed organizations).

The partner profile

From the Settings section you can complete the partner profile. In addition to the name, you can configure:

  • Logo and primary color, used to personalize the partner's appearance.
  • Contact details for general contact, support, and development.
  • Legal information (company name, address, VAT number) and reference currency.
  • Services offered (for example design, development, copywriting), useful if you want to be found by organizations looking for a partner.

Once the profile is configured, you can start managing organizations and distributing your applications and themes.
